Much more than just a lighter option – containing less sugar than standard tonic water, it’s deliciously satisfying drunk straight up. With pink grapefruit and juniper berry rounding out the crispness of quinine, it adds a zest that makes every drink sparkle.

Tasting Notes
Drawing on the same recipe as our Indian Tonic but with less sugar, skinny tonic delivers a sophisticated top note with hints of grapefruit and juniper berry.

Pink Grapefruit
Bursting with flavour the pink grapefruit can be sour and bitter, adding a deeper flavour to our tonic water. Grapefruit was originally discovered in the 17th century within the America's, however, the pink variety wasn't discovered until the early 20th century.
Juniper Berry
Juniper Berries from the Juniperus communis tree add a sharp and clear flavour to our tonic water and mixes with Gin to create a wonderful flavour. In fact, the name gin derives from the French Genièvre or the Dutch Jeneve, meaning Juinper.
