JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER
The Junior Brand Manager will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness and engagement for Double Dutch Drinks. This dynamic position involves managing the internal brand calendar, coordinating mini brand campaigns, and executing both trade and consumer events. The ideal candidate will combine creativity with a commercial mindset, ensuring all brand activations contribute to distribution growth and rate of sale.
Role & Responsibilities
- Own the internal brand calendar, from both a planning and consumer POV
- Coordinate mini brand campaigns to captivate the minds of our target audience
- Think commercially at all times - we exist to drive distribution and ROS
- Be in the detail of brand activation, from dazzling printed menus to impactful bars that turn up on time
- Labour over our consumer journey and strive to join up channels and touchpoints
- Execute trade and consumer events, from office tasting events to Taste of London or Soho House Festival
- Lead marketing partnerships for the brand, take them through the line and maximise the opportunity!
- Execute sponsorship activations, including branding, stock, assets
- Contribute to team brainstorms and creative sessions
- Support on content shoots, stunts, IRL activations
- Collaborate with digital and trade marketing colleagues within marketing
- Support our sales teams in the UK and globally
- Present upcoming marketing plans to founders, team, various stakeholders

TRADE MARKETING MANAGER
The Trade Marketing Manager is responsible for creating and implementing strategies that help promote Double Dutch within the On Trade, both with our customers as well as prospects across the UK.
This role focusses on creating a strong relationship with our customers with the goal of driving not only brand awareness but also lead generation which results in increased revenue by
Key focus areas of the role:
- Engage with the On-trade to drive awareness and visibility :
- Develop programs that reward bartenders, foster loyalty, and encourage advocacy.
- Build strong relationships with trade prospects, ensuring warm engagement improved rate of sale and increased distribution points. ahead of tenders.
- Drive Rate of Sale (ROS) in on-trade
- Leverage activations, education programs, and strategic incentives to maximise sales in existing accounts
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Guide our team and export markets on working with spirit partners effectively - establish clear processes for what Double Dutch offers and expects in co-branded activations.
- Enhance Visibility On-Trade:
- Drive brand recognition among bartenders, trade prospects, and consumers in the On Trade by ensuring Double Dutch stands out in bars.
Responsibilities
- Work with the Sales Team to understand the needs and requirements of our On Trade customers to help build solutions that will drive the Double Dutch brand and increase revenue with current customers
- Develop meaningful partnerships with Spirit brands and ensure excellent execution
- Work with the Sales and Marketing Team to create on-brand activations and ensure Double Dutch is known for unexpected activations within trade
- Work with Sales and Marketing Team on a program of advertisements that help support the brand and drive awareness and relationships within wholesale
- Work with the Marketing Team to develop brand campaigns
- Create the appropriate sales materials for the Sales Team and ascertain the specific POS needs of the Sales Team and ensure timely delivery
- Create enticing brand presentations and tools that assists the sales team in securing and maintaining account base
- Create and maintain a library of assets that can be readily used to ensure flexibility of requests and as a guidance for campaigns for our export partners
- Attend key account meetings with the Sales Team to assist in landing and/or maintaining a customer account
- Manage the On Trade marketing budget and alert the business of any unforeseen costs
- Live the People Values at all times whether you are working with your colleagues or out in the field
