OUR JOBS
Your position:
You will ensure that the brand is widely represented in the hospitality industry as well as directly to consumers. This through prospecting in bars,
hotels, restaurants.
You are a driven salesperson who raises awareness of the brand. You have a passion for the drinks industry and ensure that the ambitious targets in Belgium are met. You will work closely with the distributor and team in the UK.
Your tasks:
- Drives sales in the on-trade and hotels.
- Working closely with brewers and drinks retailers.
- Often on the road for prospecting.
- Support, train and facilitate the distributors' sales team.
- Drive activation plans with ontrade customers such as creating visibility, organising events, etc.
- Build impactful partnerships to increase customer base.

About the opportunity:
This is an extremely sociable position, focused on pulling all available levers to drive new listings within bar, restaurants and hotels across key city centre hubs. You will be highly self-motivated, very convincing and most importantly be driven to get that sale! This job is not 9-5 and will require likely 2 evenings a week networking in the hospitality scene to build a strong presence across the scene – so if you are up for a job that provides lots of fun and flexibility, this could be the role for you! We have 3 Regional Sales roles open across the Country: North England, East and West Midlands & South East. Let us know what region you’re interested in, when approached by our Talent team.
What you will do:
- Winning new listings in the On Trade focussing on the busy and cooler venues going from bars, restaurants and hotels where you and your friends would want to be sipping drinks all day long.
- Networking is key to get the sale in, whether that is with building great relationships with the local gin distilleries in your area or local events and festivals or directly within in the hospitality scene.
- Working with the rest of sales and marketing team to drive the brand further and work on launching campaigns.
- Supporting current Accounts – Flagging new wins with the Account Manager and Trade Sales & Activations Manager to ensure all account support is created and delivered in full and on time.

- A self-motivated, highly persuasive superstar in the making.
- Someone who is passionate, fun, confident, a little bit competitive and open to new experiences.
- You can close a sale! Your mates would describe you as the friend that could persuade them of anything!
- Do you have a passion for quality drinks, cocktail & spirits? This is integral to the role; the more innovative the serve, the better!
- Do you want a flexible schedule – This is not a 9-5 job.
- We are looking for people who want to go the extra mile, roll their sleeves up, gain a whole load of experience and have a lot of fun along the way.
