Our Award-Winning Tonic Water Flavour
Tonic Water grows up. Our award-winning Indian Tonic Water starts with a hint of pink grapefruit. Then ripens to classic quinine, and finishes with a hint of juniper berry.
It’s a smooth operator performing superbly in a G&T. Garnished with a wedge of grapefruit, but also pairing beautifully with vermouth, vodka and even blanco tequila.

Classic Quinine
Quinine is a classic flavour within tonic water and is responsible for the gentle bitterness. Quinine dates all the way back to the 17th century and comes from the Cinchona tree. Love it or hate it, quinine is a classic flavour of tonic water. But, if you're not a lover, you can try out our Cucumber and Watermelon mixer for a great alternative.
