The essence of seduction, we’ve brought together the piquancy of quinine with the zinginess of cranberry and ginger’s dashing warmth to create a drink that lingers lovingly on the palate. It’s ideal for dark spirits (both alcohol and human!) and is guaranteed to fascinate. Perfect paired with rum, our Cranberry & Ginger Tonic also brings cognac and floral gins to life.

Ginger
The ginger adds a level of warmth to the drink that allows the flavour to sit longer. Ginger is an incredible seasoning, that not only tasty amazing, but also has a multiple health benefits. Ginger dates back 5,000 years in ancient China and was celebrated for its health benefits. Ginger root was discovered and cultivated in South Asia before being exported to East Africa and the Caribbean.
Cranberry
Cranberries add a level of complexity to any drink they're in, creating a tart and invigorating flavour. The Cranberry is native to swamp lands on the Northeastern side of North America. It was first cultivated in 19th Century. Since then, cranberries have blown up in popularity thanks to the tart flavour we previously mentioned, and also the range of health benefits they may have. All of this comes together to make a tasty cranberry and Ginger Tonic Water.
