- 50ml Irish Whiskey
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 10ml Simple Syrup
- Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic

- Bar spoon

Method
- Muddle 3 slices of fresh cucumber in the bottom of a shaker
- Add Irish Whiskey, fresh lemon juice and simple syrup
- Shake and double strain into an ice filled Collins glass
- Top with Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic
- Garnish with cucumber
