Method
- Pour 35ml Aperol into an ice filled wine glass.
- Top with 150ml Double Dutch Pink Grapefruit Soda.
- Garnish with a big wheel of pink grapefruit tucked into the glass, and a sprig of rosemary speared through the middle of 3 raspberries.
