Method

Shake together:
15ml Lime
Bar spoon of honey
75ml cloudy Pear or Apple Juice - Pour into an ice filled cocktail glass.
- Top with Double Dutch Pomegranate and Basil.
- Stir gently and garnish with a slice of pear, a few pomegranate seeds, and a large sprig of fresh basil.
