One for the 'gram. The Forager is well worth the time investment of hunting down an appropriately photogenic edible flower. Refreshing notes of Elderflower, Cucumber & Watermelon pair perfectly with the sweet flavour of Crème de Cassis and balancing acidity of lime.

ingredients
- 25ml Elderflower aquavit
- 12.5ml Crème de Cassis
- 15ml Lime juice
- Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon
- Edible flower
accessories
- Rocks glass
- Spirits jigger
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
Method
- Pour 25ml elderflower aquavit
- Add 12.5ml Creme de cassis and 15ml lime juice into a cocktail shaker with plenty of ice
- Shake for 30 seconds. Double strain the mixture into a rocks glass
- Top with Double Dutch Cucumber & Watermelon and garnish with an edible flower
