- 50ml Elephant London Dry Gin
- 25ml Lemon Juice
- Simple Syrup
- Mint
- Basil
- Dill
- Strawberry
- Cucumber

- Ice
Method
- Pour 50ml Elephant London Dry Gin into an ice filled Rocks Glass
- In the glass, muddle together Mint, Basil, Dill, Strawberry, Cucumber
- Add 25ml Lemon Juice and Simple Syrup
- Top with Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic
- Garnish with any or all of the muddled herbs/veg/fruit from Step 2.
