50ml Gin (preferably spiced, such as Ophir)

150ml Double Dutch Ginger Ale

Stick of lemongrass

Long slice of fresh ginger

Slice of red chilli on top.

Method

Pour into an ice filled highball glass:
50ml Gin (preferably spiced, such as Ophir)
150ml Double Dutch Ginger Ale - Bash a stick of lemongrass and use to stir together, dropping the lemongrass in as a garnish.
- Add a long slice of fresh ginger to garnish down the side of the glass, then a thin slice of red chilli on top.
