Ingredients in the Cocktail

0% ABV Gin

Non-alcoholic gin alternatives bring the botanicals without the booze. Expect notes of juniper, citrus, and spice to mirror a traditional gin profile, offering structure and depth to the drink.

Raspberry Syrup

This adds vibrant berry sweetness and a beautiful pink hue. You can use store-bought syrup or make your own with fresh raspberries, sugar, and water reduced into a simple syrup.

Lemon Juice

Freshly squeezed lemon provides acidity and brightness, balancing the syrup’s sweetness and enhancing the herbal and floral notes in the mocktail.

Elderflower Tonic Water

Delicately floral and lightly sparkling, elderflower tonic complements the botanicals in the gin alternative and adds a crisp finish with subtle complexity.

Mint & Raspberry Garnish
