- 40ml White rum
- 15ml Elderflower liqueur
- Handful of pomegranate arils
- 10ml Lime juice
- 2tsp Simple syrup
- Mint
- 10ml Pomegranate juice
- Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil

Method

- Muddle 1 tbsp of pomegranate arils in the bottom of a collins glass and then fill with ice. Take your cocktail shaker and fill with plenty of ice followed by 40ml white rum
- Take your cocktail shaker and fill with plenty of ice followed by 40ml white rum, 15ml elderflower liqueur, 10ml lime juice and a dash of pomegranate juice
- Shake well until chilled. Pour into a Collins glass and top with Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil. Garnish with a few pomegranate arils and a sprig of mint
