  • Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil
  • 50ml White Rum
  • 25ml Lime Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • 5 Bar Spoons Of Fresh Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 Small Sprig of Fresh Basil Leaves

accessories

  • Coupe Glass
  • Boston Shaker
  • Ice

Method

  1. Muddle Pomegranate Seeds into a Boston Shaker
  2. Add White Rum, Lime and Simple Syrup into the shaker
  3. Shake well
  4. Strain into an ice filled Coupe glass
  5. Top with Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil and garnish with Basil.
