Method
- Shake 50ml Bourbon, Dark Rum or Spiced Rum with the Pineapple juice, Lime juice and ice
- Top glass with ice and Double Dutch Ginger Beer
- Garnish with Ginger & Pineapple chunks on a skewer and a sprig of Mint
