Method

  1. Pour your tequila into a mule mug
  2. Add your pineapple & lime juice
  3. Stir gently to combine
  4. Fill mule mug with plenty of ice
  5. Top up with Double Dutch Ginger Beer
  6. Stir gently and garnish with chunk of pineapple, sprig of mint & wedge of lime
