- 15ml Vadasz Pickle Juice
- 15ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Double Dutch Skinny Tonic Water (to top)
- Garnish: Tajín rim & Vadasz pickle ice cube
- Ice

- Jigger or measuring spoon
- Strainer
- Rocks or highball glass
- Small plate (for Tajín rim)
Method
- Prepare your glass by moistening the rim with lemon and dipping it into Tajín to create a chilli-salt rim
- Add 0% gin, pickle juice, lemon juice, and simple syrup into a shaker with ice
- Shake well until chilled
- Strain into an ice-filled glass
- Top with Double Dutch Skinny Tonic Water
- Finish with a pickle ice cube garnish
