  • 80ml Ice Leggero Nespresso Change Please
  • 5 ice cubes
  • 10 ml Monin Vanilla Syrup
  • 150ml Skinny Tonic
  • Squeeze of lemon juice

Method

  1. Add syrup, lemon juice and ice cubes into a glass.
  2. Add tonic water on top.
  3. Brew coffee onto the barista device and froth using the café viennois setting.
  4. Slowly pour froth on top of the tonic.
  5. Serve & enjoy.
