- 50ml Light Rum
- 150ml Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic Water
- 2 Lime Wedges
- Big spring of mint
- Icing sugar

- Bar spoon
Method
- Fill glass with ice
- Pour in the Light Rum and Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic Water.
- Squeeze in the juice of 2 lime wedges and drop in.
- Garnish with a BIG sprig of fresh mint - and a dusting of icing sugar over the mint
