- 10 mint leaves
- 50ml Light Rum
- 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic

- Muddler
- Bar spoon
- Jigger
Method
- Gently muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a Collins glass
- Top with the rum and lime juice and half fill the glass with crushed ice
- Stir gently to combine but not disturb the mint too much, then fill the glass to ⅔ with crushed ice
- Top with Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic
- Garnish with a fresh mint sprig
