ingredients

  • 10 mint leaves
  • 50ml Light Rum
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic

  • Muddler
  • Bar spoon
  • Jigger

Method

  1. Gently muddle the mint leaves in the bottom of a Collins glass
  2. Top with the rum and lime juice and half fill the glass with crushed ice
  3. Stir gently to combine but not disturb the mint too much, then fill the glass to ⅔ with crushed ice
  4. Top with Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic
  5. Garnish with a fresh mint sprig
