- 10ml Fresh Lime Juice
- Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic Water

- Long spoon

Method
- Add gin and lime juice to an ice filled large tumbler glass
- Top with 150ml Double Dutch Elderflower Tonic Water
- Stir gently to combine
- Garnish with a cucumber slice spiral and mint sprig
