ingredients
- 25ml Gin
- 25ml Lemon juice
- 1 Egg white
- Double Dutch Double Lemon
accessories
- Collins Glass
- Cocktail shaker
- Strainer
- Spirits jigger
Method
- Pour 25ml gin, 25ml lemon juice and one egg white into a shaker and shake well
- Add plenty of ice and shake vigorously again
- Double strain the liquid into a glass
- Finally, top with Double Dutch Double Lemon and garnish with slices of lemon and a sprig of mint
