- 50ml Reposado Tequila
- 15ml Lime Juice
- 10ml Agave Syrup
- 150ml Pink Grapefruit
accessories
- Collins glass
- Cocktail Shaker
- Strainer
Method
- Wet the rim of your glass with lime before dipping in your Tajin to create a salt rim and fill your glass with ice.
- Pour into shaker: 50ml Reposado Tequila, 15ml Lime Juice, 10ml Agave Syrup
- Short shake and strain into lime & Tajin rimmed glass
- Top with 150ml Double Dutch Pink Grapefruit Soda
- Garnish with a grapefruit slice and 2 seed chilli slices.
