Orange peel

- Bar spoon
- Jigger
- Ice
Method
- Pour into a tumbler
- 50ml Dark or spiced Rum
- 20ml Cointreau Triple Sec
- Stir together and add ice to the glass.
- Top with 150ml Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger Tonic.
- Garnish with a small handful of Cacao nibs and an Orange button heart cut from orange peel.
