  • 50ml Dark or spiced Rum
  • 20ml Cointreau Triple Sec
  • 150ml Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger Tonic
  • Cacao nibs
  • Orange peel

  • Bar spoon

  • Ice

Method

  1. Pour into a tumbler -50ml Dark or spiced Rum & 20ml Cointreau Triple Sec
  2. Stir together and add ice to the glass.
  3. Top with 150ml Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger Tonic.
  4. Garnish with a small handful of Cacao nibs and an Orange button heart cut from orange peel.
