- 40ml Malfy gin
- 10ml Aperol
- 20ml Lemon and Ginger tea (chilled)
- Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger.
- Collins glass
- Spirits jigger
- long-handled spoon
- Pour 40ml Malfy Gin.
- 10ml Aperol and 20ml Lemon and Ginger tea (chilled) into your Collins glass.
- Add plenty of ice and stir gently.
- Top with Double Dutch Cranberry & Ginger.
