DOUBLE DUTCH FEATURE ON SUNDAY BRUNCH

Our Sunday Brunch Cocktail

We were so happy to see that Double Dutch was the mixer of choice for Sunday Brunch cocktails!

Whilst making their Melon & Cucumber Collins, Sunday Brunch used our Indian Tonic Water to top off their super refreshing cocktail! Read on for the full recipe.

INGREDIENTS FOR A MELON CUCUMBER COLLINS:

  1. Chopped and peeled melon and cucumber
  2. 50ml Tanqueray Gin
  3. 25ml sugar syrup
  4. Topped with Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water (or you can use Double Dutch Soda Water)

METHOD:

  1. Put the melon and cucumber in a large mixing glass
  2. Add your gin and sugar syrup
  3. Blend until smooth
  4. Top with Double Dutch Indian Tonic Water (or Double Dutch Soda Water)
  5. Garnish with mint and enjoy!
