Every experience shapes who we become. And for Double Dutch Female Bartending Scholar Cassidy, those experiences have come together in one very special cocktail.

Meet Mosaic, a fruity, earthy and sweet whiskey cocktail that tells the story of Cassidy's journey behind the bar, from her earliest creations to the bartender she's become today.

A little piece of everything

For Cass, the inspiration behind Mosaic came from a simple but meaningful idea: we're all made up of the experiences, people and moments that shape us.

"I believe everyone is a mosaic of their experiences and the things around them, and I believe that you should always put a piece of yourself in what you create."

And that's exactly what she set out to do.

Rather than starting from scratch, Cass looked back at some of the first cocktails she ever created, choosing ingredients that reminded her of where her journey began.

The result? A cocktail that brings together her past experiences, the skills she's developed and everything she's proud to have achieved.

What's in the glass?

Mosaic is a beautiful combination of fruity, earthy and sweet flavours, with a little warmth and richness thrown in for good measure.

Cass' creation features:

• Blackberry and rosemary liqueur

• Cinnamon, brown sugar and apple syrup

• Whiskey

• Lemon

• Sugar

• Egg white

Shaken together, these ingredients create a layered cocktail that brings fruit, herbs, spice and sweetness into one glass.

But the real beauty of Mosaic isn't just how it tastes. It's what each element represents.

By revisiting ingredients from her earliest cocktails, Cass has created something that celebrates how far she's come while staying connected to where she started.
