Honorable Mentions

Aperol Spritz

A simple and delicious cocktail that is synonymous with summer days. All you need is 90ml of prosecco, 60ml of Aperol, 30ml of club soda and a garnish of an orange slice. Mix it all together and you've got yourself a classic summer drink

Piña Colada

A poolside and beach classic. Three main ingredients, 120ml pineapple juice, 60ml white rum, 60ml coconut cream and a pineapple to give that signature look. Add everything (apart from the garnishing pineapple) to a blender with some ice and you've got yourself an amazing drink.

Tequila Sunrise

A beautiful cocktail that looks as good as it tastes. You do need a few more ingredients for this classic however. You'll need 2 tsp grenadine, ice, 50ml tequila, 1 tbsp triple sec, 1 large orange or 2 small ones juiced (120ml of orange juice will work), ½ lemon juiced, 1 cocktail cherry.

Pour the grenadine into the base of a tall glass and set aside. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the tequila, triple sec and fruit juices. Shake until the outside of the shaker feels cold.

Add a few ice cubes from the shaker into the tall glass and strain the rest of the shaker into it. Try not to disturb the grenadine too much. Lastly, garnish with a cherry or a cocktail umbrella if you have them handy.
