Empower & Inspire Our Aspiring Bartenders & Mixologists
Congratulations! We want to empower and inspire our aspiring bartenders and mixologists, and who better to help us than top experts from across bartending and hospitality? We have some industry icons leading the sessions, with bespoke mentoringand one-to-one training.
Our innovative 3-month scholarship programme will include sessions that are split into 3 modules; Flavour, Professional and Personal Branding. Within this we will embrace a diverse range of topics from molecular pairing, creating classic cocktails and competing in competitions to networking, branding, social media and wellness (to name just a few!).
This mentoring initiative allows our cohort to develop bartending skills, business skills and personal branding opportunities. It’s time to give talented women the tools to succeed in bartending and hospitality, so we can tackle under-representation together! And have one or two mixers and tonics along the way.
We can’t wait to get started! Let’s shake up the industry!
