Our cocktail competition was a huge success! Hosted at Radio Rooftop bar in London we had so many amazing entrants, all of who created innovative and flavourful cocktails.

The Southampton Echo mentioned her amazing achievement along with

The Spirits Business who also received a quote from Raissa.

It’s great to see such a pool of talent in the UK when it comes to mixology and we are committed to supporting the industry. We tasted some visionary serves, and it was a delight to see our tonics used in such creative and innovative flavour pairings. We look forward to next year’s competition and seeing the continued evolution of tonic – Raissa

Double Nymph cocktail

If you want to try and make Vee’s Double Nymph cocktail at home then here is all you need to know…

Vee started with a Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil caviar which was followed by an intricate recipe which included:

  • 37.5ml (Homemade rosebud and chamomile gin)
  • 12.5ml Italicus
  • 25ml citric acid
  • 1 spoonful of honey
  • 100ml Double Dutch Pomegranate & Basil
  • 25ml Butterfly tea

And it can also be served without alcohol!
