Watermelon

Watermelons can date back around 5,000 years ago to Southern Africa. This is where the tough and drought resistant watermelon ancestors thrived. Here at Double Dutch we love the Watermelon for its fresh uniqueness. With a bitter, sweet and sour flavour the watermelon is perfectly balanced and works in combination with Cucumber to create a fabulous flavour.

Cucumber

The cucumber originated in India and was first cultivated around 3,000 years ago in Western Asia. From this is quickly spread to eastern European countries, like Italy and Greece. We love Cucumber for its mild and slightly sweet flavour and also for its high water contents, giving a freshness to any drink its served with.

Very Nice!

Really nice low calorie lemonade option. My wife likes Gin and Lemonade but often finds them too sweet. This is the exception and a great alternative for people who don't want tonic.

We definitely think the bitterness of quinine has a time and a place – so we only use quinine in our Indian Tonic Water, Skinny Tonic and Cranberry and Ginger tonic. All our other flavours are quinine free. You can read about each drink’s individual flavour profiles here.
