Flavour
Double Lemon – bottled sunshine. New kids on the block have to prove themselves, which our Double Lemon mixer does with a mic drop blend of lime and quassia. The lime brightens the summertime taste, while the quassia adds more piquancy than traditional quinine, not only improving the flavour, it’s also reputed to aid digestion. Vodka’s perfect partner, Double Lemon also makes an amazing Pimm’s.
Aroma
Tingling lemon and lime, refined by a touch of quassia which highlights the citrus tang.
Tasting Notes
Full-on summery lemon flavour, topped up with a splash of lime to brighten the top notes and quassia to underpin the sunny citrus blends. Rewarding when drunk solo, but complex enough to revolutionise simple cocktails like hard lemonade.

Lemon
The fabulous lemon with is acidic, sharp and tangy flavour is a staple of a summery cocktail. But did you know the origins of the bright lemon is not fully known. It is thought to be native to North Western India, but all we really know is that Lemons arrived in southern Italy around 200AD. Nowadays lemons are found growing throughout the Mediterranean region, with Spain, Italy, Morocco and Greece being just a few locations within this region that grow Lemons. We love the Lemon for its tingling citrus tang that goes so well with so many drinks.
Lime
Adding lime and lemon together is a match made in heaven, within our Double Lemon this enhances the tart and acidic taste of the sweet tonic. Its bright and vibrant zesty flavour of the Lime with the mouth puckering bitterness is perfect with vodka and other spirits. Similarly to Lemons, the origins of the Lime aren't fully understood, however, they are believed to be native to Northern India and Myanmar. The Lime made its way to the Mediterranean countries with the crusaders in the 12th and 13th centuries.
